BMW M3 CRT - Lighter and Faster



BMW released this new M3 on the “M” event on the Nurburgring in Germany. CRT stands for Carbon Racing Technology. Due the use of lots of carbon fiber, the cars weights 45 kilogram less than the standard version. The engine, a 4.4 liter v8, produces 450 bhp, which result in a 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds (0.5 faster than the regular M3) and a top op 290 km/h.

BMW also changed the appearance of the car, the car comes in one color: Frozen Polor Silver with Melbourne Red details. The interior is a combination of Sakhir Orange and Black. Unfortunately there are just 67 cars produced and they are sold already at a price of 130.000,- euro...
