The Netherlands most expensive villa

The most expensive and biggest villa in the history of the Netherlands if almost ready. The Villa is located in Laren, which is one of the most expensive places to life in the Netherlands. Many Dutch celebrities are living in that neighborhood.

The villa is owned by oil-magnet Willem Willemstein, he has a estimated fortune of about 400 million euro’s.

The plot cost 7.2 million, Willem bought is off the number 1 richest family in Holland, The Brinkmeiers (C&A). The total cost are a estimated 25 million euro's

Roman Abramovich’s Eclipse

The Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, gave the shipbuilding compnay Blohm and Voss in Hamburg, Germany, the order to build this mega yacht. Its exterior and interior are designed by Ternce Disale. It is the most expensive yacht in the world. Here are some specs;

- Cost +/- 800.000.000,- euro
- 170 meters long
- 2 helicopter decks
- 24 guest cabins
- 2 swimming pools
- 3 launch boats
- 1 mini-submarine

Approximatley 70 crew members are needed to operate the yacht. For security the yacht is suited with a missile-detection system and bulletproof windows. The ship has 9 decks and has several exclusive facility’s like a pool which can be drained to convert in a disco floor. It also has a private garden, library and a restaurant.

BMW M3 CRT - Lighter and Faster

BMW released this new M3 on the “M” event on the Nurburgring in Germany. CRT stands for Carbon Racing Technology. Due the use of lots of carbon fiber, the cars weights 45 kilogram less than the standard version. The engine, a 4.4 liter v8, produces 450 bhp, which result in a 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds (0.5 faster than the regular M3) and a top op 290 km/h.

BMW also changed the appearance of the car, the car comes in one color: Frozen Polor Silver with Melbourne Red details. The interior is a combination of Sakhir Orange and Black. Unfortunately there are just 67 cars produced and they are sold already at a price of 130.000,- euro...
